We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to support a short-term project focused on enriching and updating our CRM database. The role involves validating existing contacts, researching and adding missing information (e.g., job titles, company details, LinkedIn profiles), and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate existing CRM contacts - Research and enrich contact data (e.g., role, company, email, LinkedIn) - Identify and remove outdated or duplicate entries - Ensure consistency and accuracy across the database
Requirements: - The work must be highly accurate. We will check for AI output and will reject any inaccuracies or AI hallucinated data - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to conduct online research efficiently - Experience with spreadsheets and/or bulk CRM imports a plus
