Job Description: We are seeking a skilled techno-business consultant to help guide strategic decisions for a healthcare mobile application (developed with Flutter frontend and NestJS backend). The consultant will deliver a comprehensive techno-business report and a stakeholder ready presentation analysing technical architectures, regulatory considerations, comparative industry practices, risks, cost-benefits, and strategic recommendations. This project supports decision-making for a hospital group or a digital health platform exploring authentication options.
