Overview: We seek a part-time, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise using Apollo.io to generate high-quality leads and book discovery calls via cold email outreach. This performance-focused role is ideal for someone who excels at list building, copywriting, deliverability, and outbound engagement. You’ll support a U.S.-based digital consultancy focused on healthcare, eCommerce, and conversion rate optimization, working alongside a fully remote global team.
Key Responsibilities: Targeted Lead Sourcing: Build and refine lead lists in Apollo.io based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including B2B healthcare, medtech, and DTC/B2B ecommerce segments. Ensure data accuracy and enrichment for key decision-makers (Directors, VPs, C-level).
Cold Email Campaign Execution: Write and deploy multi-touch, personalized email sequences via Apollo.io to generate interest, drive responses, and book qualified meetings.
Email Deliverability Management: Optimize sender reputation, domain warmup, and inbox placement to improve campaign reach and open rates.
CRM & Workflow Management: Maintain complete records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes in Apollo. Tag and segment contacts for effective nurture and re-engagement.
Performance Analysis & Iteration: Monitor KPIs including: Open Rate (target: >50%) Reply Rate (target: >12%) Call Booking Rate (target: >5%) Continuously test subject lines, messaging, and cadence to improve conversion.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align campaigns with business priorities, refine ICPs, and tailor messaging by vertical.
Required Skills & Experience: Apollo.io Expertise (Non-Negotiable): You must have hands-on experience using Apollo for end-to-end outreach—prospecting, sequencing, and performance tracking. Please provide examples of sequences and campaign results during your application.
Cold Email Copywriting: Ability to craft concise, persona-driven outreach messages that bypass gatekeepers and inspire action.
Deliverability Knowledge: Deep understanding of SPF/DKIM, sender reputation, and tools like Mailreach, GlockApps, or Lemwarm.
Analytical & Sales-Oriented Mindset: Driven by KPIs, constantly testing and optimizing to improve campaign results and hit call booking targets.
