Job Title: Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive (Part-Time, 3 Days a Week)
Job Description: I am seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join me on a part-time basis (3 days a week). We're in construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in social media, project management, events, and marketing coordination, with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives. Assist in organising and executing events to promote our products and services, including logistics, marketing materials, and on-the-ground support. Support the marketing team in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Create compelling content for various platforms, including website articles, social media posts, and newsletters. Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Collaborate with team members to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing role, with expertise in social media management, project management, and event planning. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. Proficient in content creation and editing, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices. Experience with email marketing platforms and performance analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
