Strong communication and collaboration are essential to coordinate contributors across departments. Designers facilitate productive partnerships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
An advanced understanding of learning principles and theories underpins this work. Designers apply proven approaches including the ADDIE model to develop customized solutions. Learning management systems organize content and monitor progress toward desired outcomes. Formative assessment further informs content revisions that maximize impact.
