Our project involves the Change of Use - conversion of the existing commercial building’s 1st and 2nd floors to residential use. The ground floor is a commercial premises and will remain commercial.
Planning permission has already been granted. We now require a Building Regulations set to cover the following scope (please see the attached requirements list and relevant drawings).
We will handle the structural design separately, as our structural engineer is already working on it.
