We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to oversee and optimize our Airbnb property listings. This role involves managing the full cycle of listing updates, guest communication, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences from inquiry to checkout.
Key Duties:
Create, manage, and regularly update property listings on Airbnb Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and booking requests Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with guests throughout their stay Monitor guest feedback and reviews, implementing improvements as needed Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and ensure properties meet our presentation standards
Requirements:
Prior experience managing short-term rental listings, particularly on Airbnb Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on guest satisfaction
