Description:	Job Description I am seeking a skilled professional to conduct a comprehensive two-hour analysis of the entire coversmart.ch website. The primary objective is to identify launch-critical issues across multiple areas, including but not limited to performance, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), account management, wishlist functionality, checkout system, security testing, and compatibility. Focus Areas: Mobile friendliness Page load speed Product schema Language layout SEO foundations Image optimization Cross-device compatibility Account management functionality Wishlist performance Checkout system efficiency Security vulnerabilities Overall compatibility Based on the analysis of the provided source code, you will be expected to deliver a concise list of identified problems along with actionable fixes. In addition to the analysis, I am proposing a long-term supervisory role. In this capacity, you will oversee the project, provide strategic advice, and ensure that optimizations are implemented effectively. Please note that this role does not involve hands-on coding; rather, it focuses on guidance and oversight. Skills Required Expertise in website performance optimization Strong understanding of UX principles Proficiency in SEO best practices Experience with e-commerce platforms and checkout systems Knowledge of security testing and vulnerability assessment Familiarity with cross-device compatibility testing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations Experience in a supervisory or advisory role (for the long-term position) Deliverables For the Initial Analysis: A detailed report listing all identified issues Actionable fixes for each problem Prioritization of issues based on criticality For the Supervisory Role: Regular strategic advice and oversight Assurance of effective implementation of optimizations Budget and Timeline Please provide your rates for both the two-hour analysis and the long-term supervisory role.
