We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Business Administration Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative tasks. This is a remote role, ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a business support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize business documents, files, and reports. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments. Requirements:
Previous experience in business administration or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
