Responsibilities:

Maintain a database of potential candidates.
Follow up with candidates to ensure they are interested in the job and to schedule interviews.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing candidates.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
