Users will be able to submit requests through the app, attaching photos and documents as needed, with the message swiftly delivered to the assigned concierge along with their supervisor for oversight. Concierges will then have the ability to directly respond within the app, uploading any pertinent documentation, images or updates back to the client. Additional features under consideration include real-time messaging for immediate assistance and a status dashboard to track open requests. The overarching goal is to streamline the client experience through a dedicated app that promotes on-demand connectivity with our concierge staff around the world.
