At Distressed Property Group, we’re not just building a property brand—we’re telling a story that matters. A story about transformation, community, purpose, and the power of people coming together to create real impact in supported housing across the UK.
We’re now looking for someone to join us on that journey—a passionate, creative Media Apprentice / Videographer who’s ready to grow alongside us and help visually bring our mission to life.
What We're Looking For:
Someone with a movie mindset—you understand the importance of visual storytelling and the magic of capturing moments with meaning.
Skilled with video editing, filming, audio, and post-production.
A self-starter who wants to build something long-term, not just jump from gig to gig.
Someone with energy, soul, and a love for capturing truth through the lens.
Passionate about branding, narrative, and visual identity.
Your Role:
Follow us across the country (and soon the globe), documenting our work, projects, people, and spaces.
Create powerful video content: property walk-throughs, investor interviews, partner showcases, community stories, and more.
Film key people in the company and highlight the work we do in supported housing, especially within healthcare.
Produce short-form content (for social media) and long-form branded videos that tell the real story of Distressed Property Group.
Take raw footage and edit it into something cinematic, compelling, and emotionally engaging.
Grow with the company—this isn’t just a short-term role; it’s a chance to be part of something that’s scaling fast.

A recent media graduate or someone already freelancing who wants stability and purpose.
Hungry, ambitious, and someone who’s not afraid to dream big and learn on the go.
You want to build a portfolio that actually means something.
