We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our architecture and interior design firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's financial records, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
Issue and send invoices to clients
Track pending payments and follow up
Maintain accurate records of income and expenses
Coordinate with the team for financial updates
Prepare simple monthly financial reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Familiar with basic accounting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Compensation:
$55 USD per month
Performance-based bonus may be considered for outstanding work
