I need someone to turn our outline plan, that has already received UK planning permission, into building control drawings so that our builder can begin to get materials ready for the works.
The Building Control drawings also need to be current UK spec so that the loal authority and building control are 100% satisfied with the build.
here is the brief - please note . . .
1 - this project was in two parts - the "sun room" and then the "master bedroom" - the sun room has been completed so it is only the new master bedroom that needs to be done 2 - we do not need the structural calculations done as they have already been completed 3 - the last 3 pages are an example of the building regs drawings we need for the master bedroom - I included them so you can see what type of drawings we need - which I am sure you already know 4 - the new MASTER BEDROOM is a timber framed extension - no new brick or blockwork is needed
