-Detect Vehicle Movement- Once the vehicle resumes movement, the camera should return to its default (home) position.
-The integration must support real-time response with minimal delay.
-Coordination between the LiDAR and PTZ camera should be based on the AID (Automatic Incident Detection) protocol or similar event-driven logic.
-The solution should be robust, reliable, and scalable for future enhancements.
