I’m looking for a talented 3D artist to create a high-quality 3D model and realistic renders of a building project. The goal is to use these visuals as part of a fundraising campaign to help secure support for the construction of this building. I will provide detailed DWG files for reference.
Purpose: The final visuals should be clean, professional, and presentation-ready—aimed at communicating the vision and impact of the project to potential investors, donors, or stakeholders.
What I’ll Provide:
DWG files (floor plans, elevations, sections)
Design references and material suggestions (if needed)
Guidance on desired angles/views (exterior, interior, or both)
Context on the project’s purpose and target audience
Deliverables:
3D model of the building (in a standard editable format such as .blend, .fbx, or .skp)
2–4 high-resolution photorealistic renders (exterior and/or interior as agreed)
Optional: basic animation or flythrough (if you offer this and it fits the budget)
Requirements:
Experience in architectural visualization
Ability to work from DWG files
Strong attention to realism and visual storytelling
Good communication and the ability to meet deadlines
Timeline: Please include your estimated timeline and availability.
