We are looking for a youtube video editor for our team.
Our videos are about social skills and commentary on reality shows.
The videos are not heavily edited or animated, but follow a reasonable edit/talking head flow
Pricing currently: $100 for first 12 min $10 every additional min after *After working together for more than 3 vids we can renegotiate based on quality of the videos.
The process When you start a project, edit out all of the mistakes, double takes, repeated lines and any other obvious errors for a rough cut.
I will edit some more and send it back to you via Adobe Premiere or export as XML.
Third, after this start you edit/animations to make the video engaging.
We usually do 2-3 revisions until we have a really good final version.

If you send me more than 1 link or link to something you personally did not work on application will be ignored 2. Send me your finished edit $ per min if it is higher than $10/min 3.
