We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist to set up and configure advertising campaigns from scratch. The primary focus will be on ensuring proper technical setup, tracking, and preparation for future advertising campaigns, without the creation of ads themselves.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Preparation:
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to prepare for future campaigns.
Define clear campaign goals and KPIs for Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Account Setup and Structuring:
Create new Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts if necessary.
Set up conversion tracking for both platforms using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
Install necessary codes and tags on the website to track user actions (page views, clicks, form submissions, purchases, etc.).
Verify tracking codes are working using tools like Google Tag Assistant and Facebook Pixel Helper.
Tracking & Reporting Setup:
Set up Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4) and link to Google Ads.
Implement Facebook Pixel and set up custom conversions.
Ensure proper data flow between platforms to allow for comprehensive reporting.
Optimization Preparation:
Establish the foundation for A/B testing by ensuring tracking is properly configured.
Prepare for data-driven insights by setting up relevant metrics in dashboards.
Compliance & Maintenance:
Ensure all tags, pixels, and tracking tools comply with privacy policies and advertising guidelines.
Regularly audit tracking codes to ensure continued accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work with website developers to ensure proper installation of tags and pixels.
Collaborate with other stakeholders for testing and verification.
Requirements:
Proven experience setting up Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts from scratch.
Proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong technical skills for implementing tracking codes and ensuring accurate reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
