The project involves everything from website design and construction, SEO, custom CMS development, client portals, AI-based customer inquiry management, and marketing integrations. Scope of Work: Website Design & Development: Design a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website. Build a custom CMS for easy management of content, services, and maintenance. Create a Client Portal for users to log in, manage accounts, and file claims. Implement secure payment systems for online transactions. SEO & Content Marketing: Full SEO setup: keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization. Create SEO-optimized content to attract and convert customers. Develop a content strategy for long-term visibility. AI-Powered Customer Service Integration: Integrate Tidio or other AI-based systems to manage customer inquiries. Set up WhatsApp and chatbot communication channels. CRM Integration & Customer Management: Integrate with HubSpot or other CRM systems for customer progress tracking. Set up automated email sequences and follow-ups. Marketing & Advertising Setup: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads setup, management, and optimization. Provide ongoing social media management and content creation. Regular reports and analytics to track performance. Payment System Integration: Implement reliable and secure payment gateways for processing subscriptions and one-off payments. Ensure compliance with PCI standards. Ongoing Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing website monitoring, updates, and optimization. Supply regular performance reports and improvement suggestions. Requirements: Proven experience with building platforms similar to home warranty or home service companies. Extensive experience with custom CMS development and AI integration (e.g., Tidio). Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising. Ability to provide ongoing support and clear communication.
