Superior coding skills and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) are essential to accommodating clients' diverse needs. Additional assets include experience and expertise addressing ADA compliance during the development process.
This role demands independence and accountability for assigned projects from conception to completion. Tasks involve solo development as needed, but will often integrate with other specialists on larger sites. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are crucial for status updates, collaboration, and delivering client documents.
