Although purely online, our program extends beyond typical digital offerings, as defined by HMRC guidelines, and we cater to a global clientele (USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Rep of Ireland as well as the UK) We are seeking a skilled tax and VAT specialist with deep knowledge of UK tax laws and experience with businesses operating internationally. Our goal is to explore VAT obligations for services provided to overseas clients and consider strategic financial structuring to optimise our tax position without passing on costs to our clients, potentially hindering their access to essential services.
Scope of Work: Explore and advise on legally sound, creative solutions for restructuring or setting up our business in another territory to mitigate VAT liabilities. Offer strategic guidance on maintaining compliance with UK tax laws while operating internationally.
