We are looking for a Freelance Meta Ads Manager who can create and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and monitoring ad campaigns to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
Responsibilities: Set up and manage lead generation ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Optimize campaigns for maximum conversions within the given budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly. Adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve results. Provide weekly performance reports and insights. Ensure compliance with Meta’s ad policies.
Requirements: Proven experience in running lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation. Ability to work independently and generate consistent leads.
This is an ongoing monthly role, starting with two profiles, with the potential for increased budget and workload based on performance.
