We cater to diverse audiences including commuters, shoppers, coffee enthusiasts, sports fans, and the nighttime economy. Currently, we are looking for a skilled remote marketing professional to boost sales, visibility and engagement at two key sites in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Engagement: Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) Regular email marketing using our customer database Create content for consistent app communication Maximize our 24/7 availability, especially for nighttime economy
B2B Outreach: Strategic LinkedIn campaigns targeting businesses to host our Coffee machines Clearly communicate revenue and customer experience benefits
Site-Specific Campaigns: Drive local awareness and footfall specifically for our locations Plan and implement impactful local launch events and promotions Coordinate with local media outlets (newspapers, radio, local magazines) to enhance visibility
Planning & Strategy: Design and implement promotional campaigns around holidays, seasons, and new products Coordinate with external content creators by developing detailed briefs Oversee the consistency and quality of content Create proactive loyalty schemes to reward and retain customers
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in digital and social media marketing Familiarity with email marketing and customer engagement strategies Experience in launching successful local marketing campaigns Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent communication skills
