Experience is required in recruiting for professional positions, assessing interpersonal skills and cultural match over virtual meetings, and distilling feedback to aid in complex hiring decisions. The ability to efficiently manage a multipart process from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality and discretion will be invaluable assets for this role.
