We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate sales executive to help generate new commercial leads for our home improvement platform. The role will involve cold calling UK trades businesses to promote the benefits of our online listing and verification service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone manner and communication skills to engage prospects over the phone. They should be a confident self-starter capable of securing appointments and gaining commitment from potential clients. Knowledge of the UK construction industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
As an independent contractor, compensation will be solely based on new customer sign-ups generated. The sales executive will receive a generous commission for every paid listing acquired through their efforts. There are no base salaries or retainer fees.
We are looking for someone innovative, diligent and dedicated to continuously expanding their network. The goal is to book regular follow up meetings and convert cold calls into long term partnerships. With the right candidate, this role offers flexibility and high income potential by tapping into a large unseen market.
If successful in attracting fresh business, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and further develop the relationship. Candidates with past experience in telesales, business development or client acquisition are strongly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English is a must to clearly communicate our value proposition over the phone.
