About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Freelance Registered Architect with a strong command of Revit and BIM to support our team on a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This role offers the flexibility to work on a freelance basis while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and contribute to design development stages using Revit. • Prepare and oversee detailed technical drawings, with compliance of UK Building Regulations. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. • Provide design solutions that are innovative, practical, and aligned with client briefs. • Conduct site visits and inspections, preparing reports as needed. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements: • Qualifications: ARB-registered architect with a minimum of 3 years of post-Part 3 experience. • Software Expertise: Proficient in Revit and BIM (essential), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. • Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations. • Demonstrable experience in delivering projects from concept to completion. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
