We are a brand-new fragrance company looking to make a splash in the market. We need a skilled and experienced Ads Manager to help us create and run successful ad campaigns to sell our products. This is a contract-based role, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
**Job Description:** We are seeking an independent Ads Manager with proven experience in creating and managing successful ad campaigns, particularly for e-commerce or product-based businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize ads that drive sales and increase brand awareness for our fragrance products.
**Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute effective ad strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok. - Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience. - Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve sales goals. - Conduct audience research and targeting to ensure ads reach the right people. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
**Requirements:** - Proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns, preferably for e-commerce or product-based brands. - Strong understanding of ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). - Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals (or collaborate with designers). - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. - Portfolio or case studies showcasing past successful campaigns.
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods industry. - Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. - Experienced with email marketing and retargeting strategies.
