I'm looking for someone with Google Docs and PDF formatting expertise to help update a series of PDFs to reflect a refreshed brand style. This is a simple, structured process, and all necessary files will be provided.
PROCESS OVERVIEW 1. Take content from an existing Word document (formatted in the old design). 2. Add to a new Google Docs and update it to match the new brand style. 3. Export it as a PDF, making sure to add the front page from the old PDF and the new final page from the updated design.
SCOPE OF WORK 9 PDFs in total, 120 pages combined
Key updates include: * Applying the new font and colour style * Updating the footer, ensuring the gradient matches the first page’s colour * Adding rounded edge to image rounded where necessary * Incorporating the new final page
All the materials needed for the project are provided in the Google Drive link below, including the old designs, the Word document with content, and the updated PDFs as a reference for the new style.
