The Opportunity We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to work alongside an experienced marketing consultant. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to make a significant impact in a growing company with the potential to expand your role as we scale. Primary Responsibilities • Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (Meta and Google Ads) • Optimize our e-commerce website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Create compelling marketing content (blogs, product description, social media ads) that resonates with our target audience • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights • Collaborate with our marketing consultant to align on strategy and growth initiatives • Identify and implement growth hacking opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition • Support Amazon listing optimization and marketplace presence Requirements • 1-2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) • Demonstrable knowledge across multiple marketing channels: email marketing, SEO, paid social, Google Ads, and CRO • Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Understanding of Western/EU consumer markets and preferences • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment • Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or dietary supplement industry • Bonus: Experience with Amazon marketplace selling What We Offer • Competitive hourly rate based on experience (£15-25/hour or equivalent) • Flexible remote working schedule • Potential for growth into a full-time role based on performance • Opportunity to significantly impact a growing business • Professional development and learning opportunities • Work with a passionate team committed to excellence Hours & Location • 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling) • 100% remote position - candidates can be based anywhere in the world Future Growth For the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional results, there is a clear pathway to increased hours and potentially a full-time position as our company scales
