GetDesky is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to automate and streamline recruitment processes. Our platform leverages AI-driven automation to help businesses make hiring faster and smarter. With our MVP built, we are now focused on expanding features, refining functionality, and integrating AI agents to take the platform to the next level.
We are seeking a full-stack developer with a 0-to-1 product mindset and strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and React to help us deliver key outcomes in our next phase of development.
Role Overview – Key Deliverables This role is outcome-driven, meaning success will be measured by tangible contributions to the product. Over the course of this engagement, you will be responsible for delivering the following: Develop and Deliver Three New Features Work closely with the founder to identify and implement three high-impact features that improve platform functionality and user experience. Features may include workflow automation, improved candidate tracking, or advanced reporting capabilities. Ensure scalable, maintainable code following best engineering practices. Debug and Resolve an Issue in Replit Review and debug an existing technical issue within code developed on Replit. Optimize the solution to improve performance and maintainability. Provide clear documentation and recommendations for future improvements. Integrate an AI Agent into the Platform Implement one of our planned AI-driven recruitment agents (e.g., Job Posting Agent, CV Matching Agent, or Interview Scheduling Agent) into the platform. Work with tools such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar AI automation frameworks to enable seamless AI-powered workflows. Ensure proper testing, validation, and integration with existing ATS features.
