I have a 50 min recording of the interview between three people (one English speaking (Peter), and two Thai speakers (Sirin and Ekaluck)) I need to have the entire interview transcribed including timecode, creating a chronological timeline of the discussion with Start-Time, End Time, Name-of-Speaker, and each sentence in a separate line. After the text is transcribed, I need the Thai text to be translated into English, and English text translated into Thai.
The project requires a native Thai speaker who is fluent in English.
In the background there is a fourth person (Mint) providing rough summary of translation for all speakers, but we don't need to transcribe her voice. This will cut about 1/3 of the total time of the interview.
Please make a proposal, and I would also like to see a sample of a few lines to be sure we understand each other.
