We are looking for an experienced LMS Administrator to support our TalentLMS platform with functionality management, reporting, and automation. This is a part-time role (minimum 10 hours per week), ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in LMS administration, who specialise in TalentLMS or is familiar with TalentLMS.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimise the TalentLMS platform - Automate processes and improve user experience - Generate detailed reports and analytics - Support with user management, troubleshooting, and integrations - Ensure course content is structured and accessible
Requirements: - Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, preferably with TalentLMS - Strong skills in automation, reporting, and troubleshooting - Experience in e-learning platforms and SCORM compliance - Ability to work independently and deliver solutions efficiently
