Legal Review of Healthcare Facility Terms & Conditions
We are a healthcare facility seeking a legal professional to review our Terms & Conditions of Business. These terms cover key aspects such as financial agreements (including non-refundable treatments), liability, and other essential service provisions.
While we have existing documentation—some of which is adapted from publicly available sources (rehabs offering exactly the same service as ours) —we need an expert to ensure that our terms are legally sound, comprehensive, and aligned with relevant regulations.
We’re looking for someone with experience in contract law, particularly in the healthcare sector, to refine and validate our terms.
