I seek the design expertise of an interior designer to refresh the look and feel of my home's living areas. The living room and dining room spaces would benefit from an updated color palette, new furniture arrangements, and feature wall treatments. The existing furniture and decor have not been updated in several years and a more contemporary aesthetic is desired.
Key objectives for this project include selecting a cohesive color scheme that brings warmth and brightness to the spaces, choosing style-appropriate furniture and accessories, recommending decorative accents and wall art, and designing optimal layouts to maximize functionality and comfort. Samples boards showcasing fabric, paint, and material options would be appreciated. Maintaining a relaxed, inviting ambiance for both casual living and entertaining guests is important.
Bidders should have extensive experience designing interior spaces, a proven ability to balance form and function, and demonstrate skill in 3D conceptual design software or illustration. Knowledge of current interior trends is beneficial. The final deliverable will be a detailed proposal with 3D renderings, a complete shopping list, and installation recommendations. Project management and oversight of any contractors or installers is not required.
