Expected duration: Ongoing I’m a London-based start-up founder seeking an independent business and contract lawyer to assist in structuring a restaurant management contract with a former employer.
This is a unique situation that requires not only strong contract and employment law expertise but also the ability to navigate family-business relationships with professionalism and clarity. I need legal guidance to ensure a structured and fair agreement while keeping negotiations productive and professional.
Beyond this specific task, I am also looking for a long-term legal consultant who can work closely with me on an ongoing basis for both business and personal legal matters as my company grows.
