Key Responsibilities

Recommend and implement design best practices to increase open and click-through rates. Provide guidance on template reusability for future newsletters.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in designing high-quality newsletters. Strong proficiency in WordPress (theme customisation, page builders, and email integrations). Expertise in HTML & CSS for email design and WordPress customisation. Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ConvertKit. Understanding of UX/UI principles for newsletter engagement. Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing layouts. Portfolio of past newsletter and web design work.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing and designing for professional audiences. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
