We are seeking a skilled developer to design and create a simple in-house bookkeeping and invoicing platform tailored for our UK accountancy. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing user-friendly applications that streamline financial processes. Key features required include invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting functionalities. The Key features for this software would be:
- Invoice creation and sending from the platform. - Bank feed integration to pull transactions from clients bank feeds. - Foreign currency tracking to ensure the correct FX rate is applied to foreign currencies.
We want to initially keep it simple(ish) with just the banking, invoicing and 3 reports sections. Happy to go through it in more detail with the correct candidate.
If you could kindly provide some examples of previous similar work along with a rough estimation on timeframe and overall cost that would be great. There is also the scope to continue on a regular basis for further development/maintenance so if you could provide details of any ongoing services you provide that would also be great.
