The app will include an admin dashboard for approval, automatic TVA calculations, and real-time reporting. Once the expenses are validated and sent to accounting, they will be locked and non-editable.

✔ Admin Dashboard to validate, approve, or reject expenses. ✔ Locking Mechanism: Once the month’s expenses are submitted to accounting, they become non-editable. ✔ Automated Notifications: Users receive alerts when an expense is accepted, rejected, or requires modifications.

✔ Custom Reports: View and export expenses by: • User • Month • TVA Category ✔ Export to Excel / PDF / CSV for accounting. ✔ Real-time tracking of total expenses, TVA breakdown, and remaining budget .
