Featured on the homepage, there should be a carousel displaying upcoming competitions with clickable links to their pages. Within each competition page, provisions for uploading entries like images or videos along with an online submission form is essential. The administrator backend interface must have the ability to filter entries, select winners and view user profiles. Site navigation should be intuitive with responsive design for all modern browsers and devices. Security and performance optimization are of high importance. Graphical illustrations to enhance user experience will be appreciated. Knowledge of current web design trends and strong development skills are required to successfully design and construct this online platform.
