Expected duration: 1 - 6 months I’m looking for an experienced local SEO expert to help with citation building for small business clients. The goal is to improve local rankings by ensuring consistent and accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) data across key local directories.
This will initially be a one-off project, but ideally, I’m looking for someone who can handle regular work and become my go-to expert for all things local SEO.
Requirements: Proven experience with local SEO and citation building. Knowledge of UK-based local directories and platforms. Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, or similar. Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent and accurate information. Ability to identify and clean up duplicate or incorrect citations. Excellent communication skills. Deliverables: Audit of current citations (if applicable). Submission to key local directories (including niche and industry-specific platforms). Report of completed work with live citation links. This is a freelance role, but I’d like to work with someone UK-based who understands the importance of local SEO in small business growth.
Opportunity for Ongoing Work: If this project is successful, there’s potential for regular work to include ongoing citation building, audits, and other local SEO tasks.
