We require an experienced BTL agency to develop and execute innovative below-the-line activation campaigns. The selected agency will be responsible for conceptualizing memorable offline marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate trial among our target audiences. Some key activities will includeorganizing sampling programs at high-footfall locations, conducting demo sessions/tests of new products, running contests/quizzes on social media with on-ground activations, distributing branded merchandise & collaterals and more. Creativity and out-of-the box ideas are essential to cut through the clutter and effectively engage consumers.
The agency must have proven expertise in strategizing and handling multifaceted BTL assignments across cities. Strong project management and coordination abilities are a must to ensure timely and smooth execution of campaigns according to objectives. Attention to detail and quality standards will be important throughout planning and implementation. Systematic reporting on performance metrics like impressions, reach, leads, sales is expected. Only full-service promotion partners with in-house production capabilities need to bid. Previous experience managing campaigns for FMCG brands will be an added advantage. Interested parties should have relevant work samples and credentials to demonstrate their creative and execution abilities for this role.
