We seek a skilled virtual property manager to oversee our growing short-term rental portfolio utilizing the popular Airbnb platform. As our property manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of guest services including booking requests, cleaning coordination, key exchanges and handling any issues that may arise throughout a guest's stay. Communication with guests must be prompt, courteous and aim to resolve any concerns efficiently. In addition, you will manage the calendar, set nightly rates and work to keep our listings optimized for top exposure and bookings on Airbnb. Listings must be kept up-to-date with accurate details, nice photographs and a welcoming description to attract future travelers. Analytical skills are important to interpret market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience with Airbnb's host tools and interface is preferable. The successful candidate will have strong organizational abilities and be highly detail-oriented to seamlessly oversee multiple properties remotely. Knowledge of hospitality and customer service best practices is a plus. This is a freelance role with payment based on a percentage of monthly bookings.
