We are a growing marketing agency looking for a creative and savvy Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts. This is a part-time role, starting with 8-10 hours per week on a trial basis, with the potential for more hours if the collaboration is successful.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging content ideas tailored for Instagram and TikTok. Write captivating captions and posts that align with our brand voice. Research and stay updated on platform trends to keep content relevant. Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva or similar tools. Edit and produce short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok videos. Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts (portfolio or examples of work required). Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Ability to write clear and engaging captions. Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to create and execute a content calendar. Familiarity with engagement strategies to grow follower counts organically.
