We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skip Tracer to locate individuals for the purpose of serving court papers.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and locate individuals using public records, databases, and other resources. Verify addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information for the purpose of legal document service. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines throughout the process. Document all findings accurately and provide timely updates to the team. Requirements:
Prior experience in skip tracing, legal investigations, or related roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with tools and methods used for locating individuals (public records, online databases, etc.). Knowledge of legal procedures and requirements related to serving court papers. Strong communication and organizational skills. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Compensation: a per-case payment structure can be negotiated, starting at $50–$100 per successful trace. Location:
