This project requires an experienced 3D visualization artist to generate photorealistic renders for an elevation upgrade. The current facade outlined in red requires aesthetic improvement through proposed material and texture changes. The ideal candidate will virtually apply shiplap-style cladding to match the recently installed PVC windows colored in Chartwell Green. Alternative material options incorporating a solid colored render are also acceptable. Photographs of the existing structure will be provided along with the planned window specifications. The final deliverables will consist of two high resolution rendered images displaying the elevation changes from different angles. Proficiency in a leading 3D modeling software along with an excellent portfolio showcasing realistic architectural visualization skills are necessary to succeed in this commission. The selected freelancer will refinement on design details to ensure a cohesive and natural final appearance is achieved through their digital designs.
