The Developers Club is a pioneering community of emerging property developers that are committed to tackling the housing supply deficit in the UK. Our community is managed using Monday.com for work flow management, coordinating events, track fees, project management and more. We are seeking an experienced Monday.com consultant to lead a project for the development of a Master Calendar within Monday.com.
About the Role: The goal of this project is to create an automated system that generates tasks and sends timely email notifications based on calendar events. The specialist will work closely with our team to design, configure, and implement the solution, ensuring efficiency, user-friendliness, and smooth integration with existing workflows.
Subject to the successful completion of the above project, there will be a requirement for Adhoc advice in customising the use of Monday.com within our organisation.
Experience: Proven track record in using and customising Monday.com, with deep expertise in automating workflows, calendar management, task creation, and email notifications.
Skills: - Expertise in Monday.com’s automation tools and integration capabilities - Strong understanding of creating and managing calendars within Monday.com - Proficiency in task automation and email trigger creation based on calendar events - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams - Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions - Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during project implementation
