Our team is looking for a dedicated and detailed individual who can perform simple but accurate data research and data entry.
The job mainly involves the following (but not limited to): - Conduct excellent internet research: Search for required data from internet and enter/save the information in client’s database - Check property status and complete property lookup - Search for lead contact info and other details - Enter and save specific lead and property information on client’s spreadsheet, database, and/or CRM - Review, download, manage, and maintain accurate and organized documents and records of lead and property data, valuation reports, etc. in client’s Google Drive - Update and maintain lead/contact profiles in client’s CRM (BoldTrail, BoomTown) with accurate lead/contact and property information - Maintain and update individual and team task trackers as necessary - Communicate effectively: proactively report any issues or questions
Requirements: - Must have at least 3-6 months of VA work experience in US Real Estate industry or in a similar role - Must be computer and tech savvy, must be proficient in Google Workspace and communication tools such as RingCentral - Must have a working knowledge in BoldTrail, BoomTown or any other similar CRM - Must have a working knowledge in using OneKeyMLS/ OneKey Stratus or any other similar MLS - Must have reliable internet connection - Must have excellent communication skills - Must have strong attention to detail - Must have the ability to follow instructions and SOPs with ease - Must have ability to work independently and proactively - Must be willing to sign a contract and NDA for data privacy - Must be available for training during client's business hours, 10 AM - 7 PM, US Eastern time for training instructions, updates, and feedback - Must be flexible with revised schedule to be discussed after training and probationary period (willing to work on weekends and US Eastern time graveyard shift)
We are looking for a LONG-TERM relationship with someone who does QUALITY work. Work and output are subject to regular quality monitoring.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
Needs to be quick in understanding and following instructions, and committed to delivering results and meeting set targets. Needs to be available during client's business hours, 10 AM - 7 PM, US Eastern time during training for instructions, updates, and feedback. Revised schedule to be discussed after training and probationary period.
