We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of several cutting-edge AI-driven automation projects in the recruitment industry. This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity, with potential for extension based on project needs and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of AI-powered automation tools for recruitment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts. Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones and challenges. Projects Include:
AI-Driven Email Campaign Generator: Automating the creation of personalized email campaigns for candidate promotion. AI-Driven Company Research Tool: Automating the identification of target companies in niche markets. AI-Driven Identifying Key Decision Makers: Extracting key hiring contacts from company websites and LinkedIn. AI-Driven Candidate CV Formatting Tool: Formatting candidate CVs in line with company standards. AI-Driven Sourcing from CVLibrary: Automating candidate discovery and database updates. AI-Driven EC and VC Automated Process: Integrating email and voice campaigns for enhanced outreach. Requirements:
Proven experience in managing AI or software development projects. Familiarity with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Recruitly), API integrations, and cloud platforms. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus but not mandatory. Deliverables:
Project plans with defined milestones and timelines. Successful execution and delivery of all listed projects. Documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Contract Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension)
