Stay current with industry trends and best practices to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Assist in coordinating interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations. Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related fields. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
