Description:	Introduction: For a qualitative study, the data of a questionnaire has to be analyzed and correlations/regressions have to be identified. The questionaire has 120 questions with numberic answers each (1,2,3,4,5; with 5 being the best) over 3 years. The questionnaire includes 2 groups (1 - Business, 2 - Academia) with 19 participants in total. Each answer is available in a separate excel sheet. Additionally, every questionnaire has 5 custom fields on financial performance. Hypthesis: Ethically operating companies are financially more successful. We measure ethical operations along 120 questions with a scale of 1-5 over 3 years. Financial performance is determined by 5 KPIs that are also measured the the same years. What we ideally see is that the 120 questions' score is higher in a particular year when the financial performance is better in the same year. Research question: 1. Along two groups (academia and companies), can we prove the hypothes? 2. Which of the 120 questions impact the which of the financial KPIs? To which extend? Tasks (not exclusive): 1. Load all data into a statistical tool (like JASP) and provide access. Data is harmonized already. Not all questions or KPIs must be filled out in each and every questionnaire. 2. Perform correlation / regression analysis to prove the research question. Separate 2 groups. 3. Have 1-2 checkpoints with me to review ideas and preliminary findings. Ideally via phone or online. 4. Document the findings for further academic use. Make sure findings are traceable based on data. FAQs: a. Are there specific questions or financial KPIs that you prioritize, or should all 120 questions and 5 KPIs be treated equally in the analysis? A: Each answer has a weighting that is customer-defined. b. Would you like to explore interactions between specific ethical behavior questions and financial performance, or should the analysis focus solely on direct correlations? A: Interactions c.
